Every dish we serve began the way the best food always does โ on a home stove, cooked for the people we love.
For years, our kitchen was just that: a family kitchen. A pot of mutton simmering low on a Sunday. The clatter of the masala being pounded fresh. The smell that pulled everyone to the table before they were even called. Guests would finish a meal and ask, almost every time, the same thing โ "Can we take some home?"
Eventually, enough people asked that we decided to say yes to all of Bangalore. Aishu's Kitchen was born โ not as a business first, but as a way to put that same home-cooked plate into more hands, hot and honest, exactly the way we'd serve our own.
